June 30th 2011: Q & A session with Jacqueline Clemons, RD, LDN – Registered Dietitian at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center. Learn what foods to include in your diet for optimum health. Healthy recipe tips and dining out tips. Have all of you nutrition questions answered and learn something new!
July 7th 2011: “Make a summer butterfly!” The Outdoor Classroom will be visiting our market this week. They will be using simple items you most likely have at home to make a colorful summer butterfly craft. They will also have a sensory touch box for children and adults to experience. Adults can enter for free to win a guided family nature hike!
