Meat Products:
Beef: Our beef vendor offers premium dry aged beef from black Angus cattle, which produce very lean, high quality beef in a variety of cuts.
Veal: Veal is occasionally available from our cheese vendor, Emerald Valley. Just ask Alisa if it is in.
Poultry and Eggs: Organic and free-range eggs (of various hues) and our chicken vendor’s whole, all natural, Cornish-Rock roasting chickens. This week there was even duck eggs!
Dairy Products:
Cheeses: cheddar, Colby, farmers, feta, marinated feta, hot pepper, fresh mozzarella, aged mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, cheddar, smoked cheddar, horseradish cheddar, swiss, smoked swiss, ragusano, Parmesan, ricotta, and fromage blanc (a fresh soft cheese made into 8 different flavored spreads including pesto, jalapeño, smoked cheddar, blue, herbs de provence with lavender, parsley-sage, orange sunrise, and roasted garlic with sun-dried tomato).
Milks: Chocolate milk, whole milk, reduced fat milk.
